II. From "Neuperlach Süd" to the University (west gate)
by shuttle service
In the morning of both conference days a shuttle service is provided.
Alight from the train, traverse the platform contra to the direction of
travel of the train, descend the stairs and exit the station via the
doors to the left. The stop for the shuttle is just outside the door.
by bus
Bus route 217 from the stop at Neuperlach Süd direction
Unterhaching/Unterbiberg.
Alight from the train, traverse the platform contra to the direction of
travel of the train, descend the stairs and exit the station via the
doors to the left. The stop for the bus 217 is just outside the door.
Get off the bus at the stop Universität Bw-West/Universitätsstraße
and enter the campus through the west gate (Westtor).
on foot (about 15 minutes)
Alight from the train, traverse the platform contra to the direction of
travel of the train, descend the stairs and exit the station via the
doors to the left (Schindler-Platz).
After about 50 metres (uphill), take the Gustav-Heinemann-Ring
to the left. After crossing the Therese-Giehse-Allee, the
Gustav-Heinemann-Ring bends to the right after some 100 metres. At the
outside of the bend is Paul-Dahlke-Weg, which soon becomes a
small foot path. Follow the path over the field (the university
buildings are already in sight).
Cross the road, stay on the pavement in front of the campus, turn right
and continue to the second gate (Westtor) to enter the campus.
